Urgent Requirement: Heat Treatment Technicians – Saudi Arabia
A leading Oil & Gas company in Saudi Arabia has an immediate requirement for 20 Heat Treatment Technicians for a long-term project. The selected candidates will be deployed at refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, fabrication yards and other Oil & Gas facilities across the Kingdom. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals with hands-on expertise in industrial heat treatment operations.

- Salary: SAR 1,600 – 1,800 per month
- Food Allowance: SAR 500 per month
- Accommodation: Provided by Company
- Transportation: Provided by Company
- Working Hours: 8 hours / 6 days
- Overtime: Applicable
Required Experience
Candidates must have proven field experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Oil & Gas-fired heat treatment / combustion heating, including internal and furnace firing
- Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) of piping, heavy vessels and pressure equipment
- Refractory dry-out using electrical resistance and combustion-fired methods
- Electrical resistance heating, including 70 KVA & high-voltage trolley
- Experience with four-bank channel elements
- Thermocouple installation, temperature measurement, control, monitoring and recording
- Setup, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of heat treatment equipment
- Temporary furnace setup, installation and operation
- Site execution at refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, fabrication yards and Oil & Gas facilities
- Reading heat treatment procedures, interpreting P&IDs / drawings and preparing field documentation
Qualification & Additional Requirements
- Proven field experience in industrial heat treatment operations
- Ability to work safely and independently in demanding industrial environments
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Previous Saudi Arabia / GCC Oil & Gas experience will be an advantage
