Job Opportunity: HVAC Workshop Technicians for UAE Long-Term Project
We are seeking highly skilled Mechanical Technicians and Electrical Technicians for a long-term HVAC workshop project in the United Arab Emirates. Candidates must have a minimum of 12–15 years of hands-on experience in their respective fields. Gulf HVAC workshop experience is preferred. Position 1: Mechanical Technician – HVAC Compressor Overhauling
Key Responsibilities:
- Field troubleshooting, dismantling, inspection, and repair of HVAC compressors
- Replacement of parts, reassembly, testing, and commissioning
- Preparation of detailed service reports
Required Compressor Experience:
- Screw Compressors: SKM, Trane, Carrier, York
- Reciprocating Compressors: Bitzer, Copeland, Carrier, York, Trane
- Semi-Hermetic Compressors: Bitzer, Copeland
- Scroll Compressors
Position 2: Electrical Technician – Motor Rewinding
Key Responsibilities:
- Dismantling, coil winding, insulation, varnishing, balancing, assembly, troubleshooting, and preparation of test reports
- Repair, testing, and commissioning of HVAC motors
Required Motor Experience:
- Fan Motors (Supply Fan, Return Fan, Exhaust Fan, Fresh Air Fan, AHU Fan)
- Blower Motors (AHU, FCU)
- Condenser Fan Motors (Air Cooled Chiller and Condensing Unit Motors)
- Pump Motors (CHW Pump, Condenser Water Pump, Booster Pump)
- Compressor Motors (Scroll, Reciprocating, Screw)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in relevant trade
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in HVAC workshop
- Gulf HVAC workshop experience preferred
- Willingness to relocate and work in UAE on long-term basis
- Immediate joining preferred
