**About the Job:**
Bright International is urgently seeking skilled technicians for a long-term HVAC workshop project in the UAE. We require experienced professionals for the following positions:
1. **Mechanical Technician – Compressor Overhauling**
– Dismantling & Inspection: Strip down screw, centrifugal, or reciprocating compressors to check internal wear, damage, or defects.
– Overhauling & Reassembly: Replace bearings, seals, valves, gaskets, and pistons according to strict factory limits.
– Testing & Calibration: Run post-repair vibration, pressure, and operational tests to confirm efficiency.
– Focus: Dismantling, repairing, and testing large commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning compressors.
2. **Electrical Technician – Motor Winding**
– Disassembly & Inspection: Take apart AC/DC motors, pumps, and generators to inspect armatures, rotors, stators, and cores for defects or burnouts.
– Rewinding Coils: Strip old insulation and wire, line slots with new sheet insulation, and wind new copper or aluminium coils by hand or using winding machines.
– Testing & Troubleshooting: Use multimeters, megohmmeters, and growlers to test for short circuits, ground faults, and resistance levels.
– Focus: Repairs, rewinds, and maintains electric motors, generators, and transformers.
**Qualifications:**
– Diploma (DIP) or ITI
– Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in workshop maintenance of HVAC systems (must)
**Salary & Benefits:**
– Salary: AED 3000 – 5000 per month

4 Online Interviews will be conducted. Selected candidates will be placed in the UAE on a long-term project basis.
