Available Positions
- Chiller Technician (15 Nos.) – AED 2500–3800 – Overhauling, major breakdown repair, compressor, control troubleshooting & BMS/Plant management interface. Multi‑brand experience (Carrier, York, SKM, Trane, Daikin, etc.)
- Chiller Operator (15 Nos.) – AED 1400–1600 – Daily operation, monitoring & basic maintenance of air‑cooled/water‑cooled chillers.
- HVAC Technician – DX/VRF/Package Units (15 Nos.) – AED 2200–2800 – Overhauling, troubleshooting, installation & preventive maintenance, major repair experience.
- HVAC Technician – AHU/FAHU/FCU (15 Nos.) – AED 1400–1600 – Preventive maintenance, filter, belt, motor & basic troubleshooting.
- Electrician – HV/LV Industrial & Residential (15 Nos.) – AED 2400–3000 – Troubleshooting, testing, termination & fault finding, preventive maintenance.
- Electrician – LV (15 Nos.) – AED 1400–2200 – Troubleshooting, testing, commissioning & maintenance, preventive maintenance.
- ELV Technician (15 Nos.) – AED 1800–2500 – Gate barrier, automatic sliding door, access control, CCTV, basic ELV systems, preventive maintenance.
- Plumber (15 Nos.) – AED 1400–1800 – PPR, HDPE, UPVC, HPVC, pumps, water supply & drainage systems.
- General Technician (15 Nos.) – AED 1400–1800 – Basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil support works.
- Furniture Carpenter (15 Nos.) – AED 1400–1600 – Wooden doors, ceiling repair, joinery & maintenance works.
- Tile Mason (15 Nos.) – AED 1400–1600 – Water proofing, tiles, plaster, civil repair & maintenance works.
- Wall Painter (15 Nos.) – AED 1400–1600 – Internal/external painting, door polishing, touch‑up, surface preparation.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 2–5 years of Gulf experience OR 4–7 years of experience in a reputed Indian FM company in maintenance.
- Age: 21 to 42 years.
- Technicians must have ITI / Diploma & Civil Trade. Trade test will be conducted.
- Basic English and Hindi communication is mandatory.
