1. **Electrical Engineer** – Degree in Electrical Engineering
– Salary: QAR 7,000 + FAT
– Minimum 5 years experience in O&M of MEP/Facilities Management/Healthcare facilities
2. **Mechanical Engineer** – Degree in Mechanical Engineering
– Salary: QAR 7,000 + FAT
– Minimum 5 years experience in O&M of MEP/Facilities Management/Healthcare facilities
3. **Electrical Supervisor** – Diploma in Electrical (3 years)
– Salary: QAR 3,500 + FAT
– Minimum 5 years experience; supervise preventive & corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing & building systems
4. **Mechanical Supervisor** – Diploma in Mechanical (3 years)
– Salary: QAR 3,500 + FAT
– Same responsibilities as Electrical Supervisor
5. **Electrical Technician** – Diploma (3 years) or ITI (2 years)
– Salary: QAR 2,500 + FAT
– Minimum 5 years experience in MEP/FM/Healthcare maintenance
6. **HVAC Technician** – Diploma (3 years) or ITI (2 years)
– Salary: QAR 2,500 + FAT
– Minimum 5 years experience; responsible for preventive & corrective maintenance, troubleshooting
7. **Mechanical Fitter & Welder** – ITI (2 years) / Professional Trade Course (1 year)
– Salary: QAR 2,100 + FAT
8. **Plumber** – ITI (2 years) / Professional Trade Course (1 year)
– Salary: QAR 2,200 + FAT
9. **Carpenter** – ITI (2 years) / Professional Trade Course (1 year)
