Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field. Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Civil Estimation, Tendering, Quantity Surveying, and Cost Estimation. Mandatory UAE/GCC experience in Construction, Contracting, Infrastructure, Building, Industrial or EPC projects. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, rate analysis and tender pricing. Experience in reviewing drawings, specifications and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors.
