Urgently Required: Industrial Engineer for Leading Switchgear Company in Kuwait
M. Gheewala Global HR Consultants is currently conducting shortlisting for multiple positions with a prestigious switchgear manufacturing company in Kuwait. We are urgently seeking qualified candidates for an Industrial Engineer position with immediate online interviews scheduled.
Position: Industrial Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply time and motion study techniques on shop floor assignments to improve productivity norms
- Conduct production studies and review processes to reduce cycle time for manual and machine operations
- Review shop floor layout design and identify process/flow bottlenecks
- Apply industrial engineering and lean techniques to optimize resources
- Work on waste reduction assignments and implement 5S & Kaizen techniques
- Identify and apply jigs and fixture concepts for cycle time reduction
- Utilize analytical ability for problem solving in manufacturing processes
Technical Requirements:
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, MS-Excel & MS-Word
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards and Bureau Veritas certification
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Engineering degree in relevant discipline preferred
Other Available Positions:
- Assistant Manager – LV: Must have BE in Electrical Engineering
- Electrician – Industrial Wiring: Must have ITI in Electrician
- CNC Machine Operator – Core Cutting Machine: Must have DME / ITI
- Electroplater: Must have DME/ITI / CNC Machinist Course
