Roles and Responsibilities

Duct Fitter

• Install, replace and maintain duct filters in HVAC systems.
• Ensure proper airflow and clean air quality.
• Inspect and clean filter housings and ducts.
• Report any damage or leakage in the system.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

Duct Fabricator

• Fabricate duct components as per drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut and assemble sheet metal ducts.
• Use hand and power tools such as press brake and shear safely.
• Ensure proper fitting, sealing and finishing.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.

Duct Assistant

• Assist duct fitters and fabricators in daily tasks.
• Carry and arrange materials, tools and equipment.
• Support in cutting, cleaning and assembling duct sections.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior team members.

Eligibility and Requirements

• ITI / Trade Certificate in a relevant trade.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Ability to work safely with hand and power tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
