The company is seeking qualified candidates for the following critical roles. All positions require a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant industrial or fabrication environment.
- FCAW Welders: Proficient in Flux-Cored Arc Welding for structural steel components.
- Airless Spray Painters: Experienced in applying protective coatings and finishes to steel structures using airless spray equipment.
- Structural Fabricators: Skilled in reading blueprints, cutting, fitting, and assembling structural steel members.
- Sand Blasters: Experts in surface preparation through abrasive blasting for painting and coating.
- Machine Operators: For operating various fabrication machinery.
- Plate Shearing & Punching Operators: Specialized in shearing and punching metal plates to specifications.
- Beam Welding Specialists: Focused on welding I-beams, H-beams, and other structural sections.
Job Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years in a similar role within steel fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
- Technical Skills:
- For Welders: Certification and proven skill in FCAW processes.
- For Painters: Knowledge of paints, coatings, and surface preparation standards.
- For Fabricators: Ability to interpret technical drawings and use fabrication tools.
- For Machine Operators: Experience with specific shearing, punching, or CNC equipment is a plus.
- Location: The job is based in Kuwait. Candidates must be willing to relocate/ work in Kuwait.
- Documents: A valid passport, relevant educational/ vocational certificates, and experience letters are required.
