Our client, a leading packaging company in Saudi Arabia, is urgently seeking a qualified Electrical Technician (Plastic) to join their dynamic manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician with experience in plastic manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure uninterrupted production by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems, including PLCs, sensors, extruders, and molding machines.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Maintain and repair motor control systems and automation components.
- Work with utilities including air compressors, chillers, and pneumatic systems.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and regulations in all work activities.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Industrial Electronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in troubleshooting electrical systems, PLCs (e.g., Siemens, B&R), and motor controls.
- Knowledge of process control systems like SCADA.
- Familiarity with pneumatic systems and industrial utilities.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
