Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain specialized golf course machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Execute turf maintenance activities following established golf course standards.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the golf course is maintained to the highest aesthetic and functional standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment in varying outdoor conditions.
- Represent the facility professionally in a client-facing environment.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Equipment Operator.
- Preference for experience in golf courses, landscaping, or turf management environments.
- Hands-on experience with golf course-specific machinery is highly advantageous.
- Basic understanding of turf maintenance principles and practices.
- Must be physically fit and capable of working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Professional appearance and a good personality for a client-facing role.
- Strong team player with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
