This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of Finland’s leading companies on a long-term contract with comprehensive benefits.
Job Details & Contract
- Position: Plater-Welder
- Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable)
- Probation Period: 3 Months
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours + Paid Overtime
- Work Type: Shipyard Steel Plating, Heavy Fabrication with MIG/MAG/TIG Welding
Salary & Compensation Package
- Hourly Wage: €14.80 (Approximately ₹1,589.09)
- Monthly Earnings: Approximately €2,600 – €3,100 (₹2,79,165 – ₹3,32,850)
- Additional Earnings: Overtime and Shift Allowances paid separately
Comprehensive Benefits & Allowances
- Accommodation: Free shared housing OR €350 – €450 monthly allowance
- Meals: €9 – €11 daily allowance OR company canteen provided
- Transport: Free transportation to and from the worksite
- Air Ticket: Return economy class ticket to India (provided by employer)
- Medical & Insurance: Medical expenses reimbursed + Full accident & health insurance as per Finnish law
- Paid Leave: 25 paid working days per year
- Legal Compliance: All terms as per Finnish labour laws & TES. No unauthorized deductions.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Age: 21 – 45 years
- Certification: EN ISO 9606 (or equivalent welding certification)
- Experience: 3-5 years in shipyard welding, steel plating, and heavy fabrication
- Language: Basic English communication skills
- Documentation: Valid passport
