Dynamic Staffing Services is hiring an experienced General Manager – Mechanical Engineering for a UK-based opportunity in the Ready-Mix Concrete and Crusher Plant industry. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in plant maintenance, servicing, breakdown repairs, and heavy machinery used in ready-mix concrete, precast construction, and crusher plant operations.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Ready-Mix Concrete, Precast Construction and Crusher Plant operations
- Strong knowledge of plant maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs
- Experience with batching plants, concrete pumps, transit mixers and heavy machinery
- Familiarity with Elba, BHS, Schwing Stetter, Meka, Elematic and other plant machinery
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance
- Age Limit: 43 Years
Key Role Expectations
The General Manager – Mechanical Engineering will be responsible for managing mechanical engineering functions, ensuring efficient plant maintenance, reducing breakdowns, and supporting smooth operations across batching plants, crusher plants, concrete pumps, transit mixers, and heavy machinery.
