Urgent Job Openings in Saudi Arabia for Bottled Water Production
A leading production and distribution company of bottled drinking water in Saudi Arabia is urgently seeking skilled professionals to join their team. We have multiple vacancies for experienced candidates in maintenance and operation roles.
1. Husky Maintenance Engineer
Key Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of maintenance experience in injection molding, with preference for Husky machines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machine systems and adherence to safe maintenance practices.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills in hydraulics (pumps, valves, pressure issues, leaks), pneumatics (air circuits, solenoids, regulators), and electrical basics (motors, heaters, sensors, wiring, relays/contactors).
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot auxiliaries such as dryer, loader, chiller/TCU, cooling circuits, air compressor, and vacuum systems.
2. Plastic PET Production and Maintenance Technician – Husky Machines
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in injection molding operations.
- Knowledge of injection molding process including settings, cycle time, cooling, and pressure/temperature control.
- Proficiency in Husky machine operation and troubleshooting (alarms, start-up, changeovers).
- Strong maintenance skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Awareness of mold and hot runner issues like heaters, thermocouples, gate problems, and cleaning/handling.
3. Machine Operator
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- At least two years of experience as a Machine Operator in water, juice, or soft drink factories.
- Hands-on experience with Sacmi and Kronos machines, including Sacmi Combi Machine, ErgoBloc L, Kronos Filling Blowing Machine, Labelling Machine, and Palletizer.
