Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Motor Winder for a facility maintenance position in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive motor winding, repair, and refurbishment services for AC and DC motors and alternators, including both high voltage (HV) and low voltage systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform rewinding, repair, and refurbishment of AC and DC motors
- Work on Alternators including both stators and rotors
- Handle High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage motor systems
- Complete dismantling, winding, insulation, varnishing, assembly, and testing of motors
- Ensure compliance with international standards and client requirements
- Maintain facility maintenance equipment and systems
- Follow safety protocols and quality control procedures
Required Expertise
- Proven experience in motor winding and repair
- Expertise in HT Winders (AC & DC)
- Hands-on experience with both motor and alternator systems
- Knowledge of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage systems
- Understanding of international electrical standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
