HamdanGlobal is currently seeking experienced professionals for two critical positions in our manufacturing operations. We are a prominent company in Saudi Arabia looking for skilled technicians to join our dynamic team.
Position 1: Ink Lab Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantities of inks required for each printing order according to production schedules
- Perform color separation and ink mixing operations
- Utilize Pantone book guides for accurate color matching
- Adjust ink viscosity using appropriate additives
- Maintain quality control standards for all ink formulations
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with solvent-based inks and UV inks
- Expert knowledge of color combinations and separation techniques
- Understanding of ink additives and viscosity adjustment
- Must pass color blindness test
- Preference for candidates without vision correction (non-glasses wearers)
Position 2: Slitting Machine Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor slitting machines according to production schedules
- Adjust machine settings including speed, pressure, and blade positioning
- Ensure rolls are slit to correct width, length, core size, and labeling requirements
- Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment
- Follow company Safety, Health & Environmental policies strictly
Requirements:
- Diploma, ITI or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years experience operating slitting machines in packaging/labels/printing industry
- Experience in FMCG or bottled water industry is advantageous
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work according to production schedules
