About the Employer
M/s. Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) is one of the leading engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors in the Middle East. CCC is currently supporting NFS (North Field South) projects in Qatar, one of the world’s most significant LNG expansion programs.
Position 1: Welfare Coordinator / Officer
The Welfare Coordinator/Officer will be responsible for managing the wellbeing of the workforce and ensuring a positive living and working environment on site.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate welfare activities for site personnel
- Manage accommodation, catering, transport, medical, and recreational facilities
- Handle employee grievances and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar labour regulations
- Liaise with site management, HR, and facilities teams
- Maintain welfare records and prepare daily/weekly reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in welfare, HR, or site administration
- Gulf experience preferred; Ex-CCC candidates especially welcome
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Position 2: Draftsman (Piping)
The Piping Draftsman will prepare and modify piping drawings for oil and gas projects, including isometrics and spool drawings, based on project specifications and site requirements.
Key Requirements
- Can read ISOs and P&IDs
- Spooling experience is required
- Oil & Gas experience is required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software
- Experience with 2D/3D piping drawings is an advantage
- Ability to work with engineering teams and incorporate site changes
Ex-Gulf and Ex-CCC applicants who meet the above requirements are strongly preferred.
