Position Details
- Job Title: Welding Inspector (Welding Engineer)
- Salary: 8000 SAR per month
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience
- Certification Required: Valid CSWIP 3.2.2 Senior Welding Inspector or International Welding Engineer (IWE) qualification
Key Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards: ASME, AWS, API, NBIC, and TEMA
- Experience with ASME audit processes and code compliance requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing, fabrication, maintenance, and repair of Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers
- Development and review of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR)
- Ensure quality control and adherence to welding standards
