Job Overview
We are urgently hiring Vessel Supervisors for Qatar Ports Management Company (IAPH Qatar), one of the leading port operators in the region. The role involves overseeing daily terminal operations including guest embarkation/disembarkation, luggage handling, supply loading for cruise ships, and other services required by Mwani Qatar. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the safe and efficient embarkation and disembarkation of guests and crew.
- Manage luggage handling and ensure timely delivery to designated areas.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of supplies and provisions onto cruise vessels.
- Ensure all terminal services meet Mwani Qatar’s standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of port workers, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Maintain high levels of safety, security, and customer service at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Prior experience in port or maritime operations is mandatory.
- Skills: High sense of responsibility, excellent people management, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: QAR 5,000 – 6,000 per month

- Contract: 2 years (renewable)
