- ITI with 7+ years of experience
- Proficient in Fire Alarm panel / Firefighting system PPM
- Troubleshooting skills required
Chiller Compressor Mechanic:
- ITI with 5+ years of experience in overhauling reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal compressors (Carrier, Trane, Bitzer, etc.)
Mechanical Technician:
- ITI with 5+ years of experience in operation & maintenance of various mechanical equipment
- Capable of overhauling pumps, compressors, etc., and alignment procedures
Audio/Video Technicians:
- ITI/Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology
- Proven experience as an AV technician, preferably in event management or corporate settings
