1. Restaurant Manager
Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant is strongly preferred.
Key Skills: Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards; good understanding of restaurant financials, cost control, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and deliver excellent guest service.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor restaurant financial performance and implement cost control measures.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
- Train, schedule, and supervise service staff to uphold luxury hospitality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
2. Finance Manager (5 Star Hotel Experience Only)
Experience: Minimum 3 to 7 years of accounting experience, ideally with a background in hospitality or property management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. Professional certifications like CPA or CA are preferred.
Key Skills: Knowledge and experience in ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the property’s financial health and manage accounting operations.
- Handle daily revenue audits, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Implement internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads on annual budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
3. IT Manager (LMS Experience Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3 to 6+ years of experience blending IT operations, vendor management, and HR technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical architecture, integrations, administration, and user experience of corporate or institutional learning software.
- Manage LMS platforms and related HR technology systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless system integration.
- Ensure system security, availability, and data integrity.
- Support end users and improve the overall learning platform experience.
- Lead IT projects and drive continuous improvement.
