URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR A 4 STAR HOTEL IN SAUDI ARABIA
We are looking for passionate and experienced kitchen professionals to join a premium 4-star hotel in Saudi Arabia. Below are the available positions with detailed requirements.
1. DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a luxury hotel, five-star hotel, or fine dining restaurant
- Previous experience as a Commis I or equivalent position
- Experience in hot kitchen operations including grill, sauce, sauté, and banquet production
- Knowledge of food costing and waste control
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
2. COMMIS – PASTRY & BAKERY
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a luxury hotel, five-star hotel, premium bakery, or fine dining restaurant
- Experience in bread production, cakes, plated desserts, chocolates, and pastry preparation
- Basic knowledge of chocolate work, sugar work, and dessert presentation is an advantage
- Certificate or Diploma in Pastry, Bakery, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality
3. COMMIS – MAIN KITCHEN
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering operation
- Previous experience in a hot kitchen is preferred
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
