- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related trades
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of Operation & Maintenance experience
- Industry Experience: Must have worked in facilities, commercial buildings, or industrial plants
- Special Requirement: Gulf experience in O&M is mandatory
Required Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems
- Proficiency in electrical systems maintenance
- Expertise in plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently during shift assignments
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
