Job Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the same field is required for all positions.
Educational Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma/Degree in relevant field
- CAD/Technical training certification (where applicable)
- Specialized software knowledge (Rhino and Matrix for 3D Jewelry Designers)
Position-Specific Responsibilities
- Drilling Operations: Capable of drilling from few meters to several hundred meters depending on geological conditions
- Equipment Setup: Support the setup and dismantling of drilling rigs and equipment
- Welding Expertise: Perform welding using MMA (Electrode), TIG, MIG, and MAG methods
- Piping Systems: Install, repair, and maintain piping systems including alignment and leak testing
- Technical Drawings: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- 3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D jewelry models using Rhino and Matrix software
- Quality Enhancement: Support statistical and engineering methods to enhance quality and efficiency
