**Positions Available:**
1. **Jr./Sr. Welder (Acetylene Gas Cutting, TIG and MIG/MAG)**
– Read and interpret drawings, prepare materials, select appropriate welding methods, and perform manual or semi-automatic welding and repair work in various positions as per job requirements.
– Inspect and test welded joints and structures for defects, ensure quality standards, and strictly follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
2. **Sr. Grinder**
– Ability to tap, drill, ream, shim, grind, test, etc. to accomplish fit and finish.
– Complete repetitive and standardized operations such as grinding, rolling, and flanging material while maintaining product quality and safe work practices.
3. **Sr. Spray Painter**
– Assist in the preparation of components and large weldments for powder coating. Preparation includes removing burrs, slag, spatter, rust, and scale.
– Must hang parts from racks, blast, wash, dry parts, and apply an even coating of powder that meets company standards.
4. **Electrical Technician**
– Troubleshoot engine controllers, ATS panels, generators, and governor/speed issues. Carry out electromechanical modifications as per client requirements.
– Inspect and test LV panels, control wiring, harnesses, and power cables.
5. **Assembler**
– Assemble generator components as per assembly instructions and specifications.
– Prepare work by reviewing drawings, parts lists, tools, and materials.
6. **General Helper**
– Remove worn abrasive discs, wheels, and belts and sharpen chisels and scrapers.
– Operate sandblasting machine to clean surfaces prior to painting or coating.
