UAE Oil & Gas Jobs – Immediate Departure

1. Planning Team Lead – 02 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or any related field.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, or maintenance projects.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and other project planning tools.
- Strong knowledge of project controls, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, forecasting, and recovery planning.
- Ability to lead planning teams and coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas project execution and HSE requirements is preferred.
2. Technical Clerk – 02 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative, HR, PR, travel, accommodation, and catering arrangements for employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Maintain manpower reports, flight and accommodation logs, timesheets, leave schedules, and employee records.
- Arrange required passes and monitor expiry of visas, passports, Emirates IDs, and security/access cards.
- Coordinate with the client and head office regarding mobilization, demobilization, travel, accommodation, documentation, and HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with company QHSE policies, HSE training requirements, and Fit-to-Work procedures.
- Support logistics and document control activities and follow-up when required.
3. Heavy Equipment Mechanic – 05 Nos.
Qualification: ITI or Diploma.
Project Location: Offshore – 3 months work on offshore site and 1 month rotation leave with round trip ticket and leave salary.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience and knowledge of repair, inspection, and maintenance of diesel compressors, generators, and painting/blasting equipment; ability to read technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles and machinery, including diesel compressors, generators, and painting/blasting equipment.
- Diagnose faults and assemble mechanical components.
- Maintain job cards and follow company/client QHSE and HSE procedures.
