We’re currently shortlisting qualified candidates for three critical leadership roles in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or related heavy industries.
Available Job Positions & Detailed Requirements
1. HEAD OF MECHANICAL
Qualification & Experience: B.E./Diploma with 18-20 years of comprehensive experience, preferably within mid-sized EPC contracting companies. Must possess strong overall project management capabilities.
Technical Authority & Scope: The role demands expertise across a broad spectrum of mechanical systems, including:
- Rotating Equipment: Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, Fans, and related systems.
- Static Equipment: Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Filters, Separators, Columns.
- Piping & Pipelines: Full lifecycle knowledge from Fabrication, Erection, Welding, to Hydro-testing.
- Structural: Steel Structure Fabrication & Erection.
- Brownfield Operations: Demonstrable experience in complex brownfield environments, including critical operations like Tie-Ins and Hot Tap procedures.
- HVAC Systems: Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems for industrial buildings and facilities.
2. HEAD OF E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation)
Qualification & Experience: B.E./Diploma with 18-20 years of dedicated experience in Instrumentation, Control Systems, and Major Electrical Systems. Background with mid-sized EPC contractors and proven project management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities & Systems:
- Act as the Technical Authority for all E&I systems, ensuring construction execution excellence.
- Oversee Technical Aspects, Execution Schedule, Compliance, Commercial, Budget, Contracts, and Administration.
- Be directly responsible for driving excellence, speed, and timely delivery in site execution.
- Hands-on experience with systems like DCS, ESD, F&G, Field Instruments, Power Distribution, Substations, and HV/LV Systems.
3. CORPORATE HSE MANAGER
Qualification & Experience: B.E./Diploma with 18-20 years of robust HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) management experience within the EPC contracting sector, specifically with mid-sized companies. Must have a strong grasp of overall project management principles from an HSE perspective.
