Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for production distribution coil winding.
- Operate and control transformer distribution winding machines.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain optimum winding speed, tension, and quality.
- Wind and assemble transformer coils as per specifications.
- Load transformer cores, insulating materials, and conductive wire onto the winding machine.
- Ensure proper alignment and wire tension throughout the winding process.
- Inspect finished coils for defects such as improper winding, wire breaks, or damaged insulation.
- Perform routine maintenance of winding machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
- Maintain accurate production records, including quantity, specifications, and quality of wound coils.
Candidate Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a production shop floor.
- Hands-on experience in transformer distribution coil winding.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and follow specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
- Good knowledge of winding machine operation and routine maintenance.
