Technical Trainer Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and managing technical upskilling of employees both theoretically and practically, preferably in universally recognized certifications like CITB, CISRS, ARAMCO GBS, ADNOC norms etc.
• Well versed in the certifications relevant to the Construction Support Service industry in the Gulf region.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Good command of English and Hindi; conversational Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
HR Generalist Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in all facets of the HR function, full employee life cycle support from hire-to-retire.
• Hands-on experience with HRM systems and software like SAP Success Factor is mandatory.
• Should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and HR project support.
• Excellent command of English and Hindi is mandatory; other languages are an added advantage.
• Should be well versed in MS Office suite, third-party recruitment platforms; advanced MS Excel is an advantage.
• Base qualification – B.Com / B.B.A; MBA preferred.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.
