Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor STP equipment, including pumps, blowers, filters, clarifiers, dosing systems and sludge handling units.
- Ensure smooth operation of the sewage treatment process as per plant procedures and environmental standards.
- Monitor plant parameters, collect samples, and record operational data.
- Perform routine inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Manage chemical dosing and sludge handling operations safely.
- Identify and report process abnormalities and take corrective action.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in operating and maintaining Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).
- Mandatory experience in KAUST Project or Saudi Aramco projects.
- GCC / Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of STP process operations and wastewater treatment systems.
