About the Role
Position: Sr VRF Technician
Salary: Negotiable
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
- 5+ years of VRF/VRV maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC practices and VRF systems (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG)
- Skilled in HVAC tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment
- Basic knowledge of BMS preferred
Job Requirements
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per manufacturer schedules
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
- Monitor performance, refrigerant levels, pressures, and system operation
- Conduct leak detection, refrigerant charging/recovery, and system testing
- Assist in spare parts planning and inventory
