Job Overview
Bright International is urgently hiring an SPI Coordinator for a short-term project at Ras Laffan, Qatar. The role involves managing Scaffolding, Insulation, Painting, and Thermally Sprayed Coating (TSA) services in campaign/maintenance jobs. This is an immediate mobilization opportunity with a consolidated salary of QAR 8,000–10,000 per month plus free accommodation, food, and transportation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Scaffolding, Insulation, Painting & TSA services in the Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining, or Power Generation industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Engineer/C/O Coordinator.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering discipline or standards-based qualification, and/or supervisory experience.
- Must be conversant with Contract and Contracting System, with authority to act on all aspects of the Work.
- Proven leadership qualities and ability to organize a large multidisciplinary site team and manage independently.
- Valid Qatari Driving Licence is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the execution of Scaffolding, Insulation, Coating in Campaign/Maintenance Jobs.
- Capable of managing 20,000 m² TSA Campaign through Planner/Schedule-TSA.
- Work with planner for scheduling jobs in SAP, P6 or IAPS.
- Prepare and verify BOQ, BOM and Manpower required for specific jobs.
- Attend meetings with execution leads and field engineers for daily HSE, Quality and Progress updates.
- Coordinate with planner, field supervisors and coordinators for daily execution against plan.
