Eligibility Criteria
- High School Graduate with relevant Vocational Training.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of production equipment and control systems.
- Strong English communication, operational supervision, leadership, IT applications, planning, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise manpower, maintenance activities, equipment performance, and shift operations to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Implement production procedures, monitor progress, ensure compliance, and participate in RBWS, Risk Screening, Re-Hazop, and Safety Case activities.
- Develop manpower plans, assess team competencies, identify training needs, and support employee development and performance.
- Manage work permits, shift handovers, incident/emergency response, system completion activities, and prepare regular/ad-hoc reports.
