Key Responsibilities & Job Description
As our Senior Ceramic Tile Designer, you will be at the forefront of our product development. Your primary duties will include:
- Leading the Ceramic Tile Design Division: Overseeing the entire design process from concept to final product.
- Innovative Design Development: Creating cutting-edge tile patterns, textures, and color concepts that are aligned with current market trends and future forecasts.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with Production, Research & Development (R&D), and Marketing teams to ensure all designs are feasible for manufacturing and have strong market appeal.
- Product Launch Success: Ensuring the seamless transition of designs from the studio to successful product launches in the market.
- Trend Analysis: Researching global design trends, materials, and technologies to keep our product line competitive and innovative.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Proven experience in ceramic tile design, industrial design, or a closely related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative pattern, texture, and color work.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing design processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments (Production, R&D, Marketing).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and design feasibility.
- Up-to-date knowledge of global design trends in ceramics and interior surfaces.
- Must meet the age criteria of up to 40 years.
