– Requirements: Degree with over 10 years of hands-on experience in FM Maintenance & Operations.
2. **Engineer**
– Specializations: Electrical High Voltage, Electrical Medium Voltage, Electronics, HVAC, Kitchen Laundry Equipment, Marine, Mechanical, Elevator
– Requirements: Degree with over 7 years of hands-on experience in FM Maintenance & Operations.
3. **Supervisor**
– Specializations: Electrical Low Voltage, Electrical Medium Voltage, Electrical, Electronics, CCTV, Telecom, Cleaning, Laundry, Pest Control, Agricultural, Elevator, HVAC, Kitchen Laundry Equipment, Plumbing, Pump
– Requirements: Degree/Diploma with over 7 years of hands-on experience in FM Maintenance & Operations.
4. **Foreman**
– Specializations: Electrical Low Voltage, Electrical Medium Voltage, Elevator, Audio Visual, Electronics, Laundry, Landscaping, Chiller, Electro-Mechanic, Kitchen Laundry Equipment, Marine, Pump, Water Treatment
– Requirements: Diploma with over 7 years of hands-on experience in FM Maintenance & Operations.
5. **Operator**
– Specializations: BMS, Generator, Water Treatment Plant
– Requirements: Diploma with over 7 years of hands-on experience in FM Maintenance & Operations.
6. **Craftsman**
– Specializations: Allrounder Mason, Aluminum, Spray Painter, Carpet Technician, GRC Technician, Grill Welder, Gypsum, Sofa & Curtain, Wall Painter
– Requirements: Highschool with over 5 years of hands-on experience in FM Maintenance & Operations.
7. **Technician**
– Specializations: Electrical Low Voltage, Electrical Medium Voltage, Cable Jointer, Power Plant, Rewinding Pumps, Transformer, Medium Voltage Switchgear, Audio Visual, Automatic Door, BMS, Computer Hardware, Fire Alarm, Fitness Equipment, Network, Security System, Telephone, Irrigation System, Chiller, Electro-Mechanic, Elevator, HVAC Instrumentation, Kitchen Laundry Equipment, Pump, Water Treatment, Access Control, Copper Welder (Breezing), Plumber

**General Requirements for All Positions:**
– GCC experience is preferred.
– Must be able to communicate effectively in English or Arabic.
– Age: Minimum 23 years and Maximum 45 years.
