1. Time Keepers
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in relevant field
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record workers’ daily attendance and working hours using biometric systems, punch cards, or manual logs.
- Prepare accurate timesheets covering regular hours, overtime, shifts, absences, and late arrivals.
- Coordinate approved timesheets with payroll.
- Ensure all attendance and timekeeping practices comply with local labor regulations, including Saudi Labor Law.
2. Estimation Engineers (E&I)
Qualification: Degree in Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze ITTS (Invitations to Tender), scope of work documents, and specifications.
- Extract material quantities (Material Take-Offs and Bill of Quantities) from engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and P&IDs.
- Do Cost Calculation / Vendor quote evaluation / Compile comprehensive techno-commercial bid packages for submission to clients or main contractors.
3. Asst. Account Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, with CA / Pursuing CA/CMA preferred. CPA, ACCA, or MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger for oil & gas and industrial service contracts, ensuring compliance with Zakat, VAT, and audit requirements.
- Handle financial closing, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, project cost tracking, and vendor reconciliations using ERP systems.
