Open Positions
1. Heavy Auto Electrician – Code 1828
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in forklift, heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial equipment maintenance.
Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience with diesel, LPG, and/or electric forklifts is an advantage.
2. Senior Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Plan and execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for hydraulic, pneumatic, and toggle-clamping systems on injection molding machines (150T–1000T+).
- Knowledge of bimetallic/wear-resistant materials for CPVC, tie-bar alignment checks, pump rebuilds, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastics Machinery Engineering from an accredited university.
- 7–10 years of industrial maintenance experience in plastics manufacturing, specifically injection molding machinery.
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulic schematics, pump rebuilds, and pneumatic systems.
3. QA/QC Supervisor
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Knowledge of Melt Flow Index (MFI), root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Experience with international plumbing standards: ASTM D2846, ASTM F439/F438, DIN 8063, SASO.
- Strong knowledge of QA lab equipment and ISO systems.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of QA/QC leadership experience in plastic injection molding, with rigid PVC / CPVC fittings preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related chemical discipline.
