Bright International, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking qualified professionals for long-term project positions in Saudi Arabia. We have immediate requirements for the following roles:
1. Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical
Qualifications: B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of Quantity Survey experience in the industry field, with a must in shutdown and Turnaround (T/A) projects. Additionally, knowledge of Piping Works, Steel Structures, Civil and Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) is expected.
Contract Knowledge: Experience with various types of contracts, especially with ARAMCO, SABIC, and other major clients in Saudi Arabia. Knowledge of projects and contracts including Lump Sum, EIS (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), and Non-EIS re-measurable contracts.
2. Cost Controller
Qualifications: M.Com or B.Com in Finance and Accounting with additional training/workshops and certifications.
Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant cost control experience in the industry field, with a must in shutdown and T/A industries and their associated costs handling. Knowledge of projects would be an added advantage.
Contract Knowledge: Experience with various types of contracts, especially with ARAMCO and SABIC. Knowledge of projects and contracts including Lump Sum, Time & Material (T&M), Work Unit Rate (WUR), and Re-measurable contracts.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office; ERP skills preferred.
