Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Ensure structured, timely, and high-quality handover of buildings from PMT to FMD.
- Ensure building readiness for handover.
- Verify compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Monitor testing & commissioning activities.
- Inspect sites for safety and zoning requirements.
- Evaluate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, and other building services.
- Identify and document deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare inspection and compliance reports.
- Identify and close technical gaps before acceptance.
- Support FMD in technical evaluation and decision-making.
- Inspect new and existing buildings for compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure closure of observations.
- Provide technical guidance to contractors and property owners.
