**SALES COORDINATOR** (JRE/33616/2026)
– Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
– Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Sales Coordinator.
– Support Sales Department in day-to-day operations.
– Coordinate with different departments to ensure speedy delivery of our products to the customer.
– Follow up with Sales Personnel on the order status.
– Order management.
– All files are maintained in an orderly manner for easy retrieval.
– Ensures that there are backup files, emails, and software programs.
– Ensures that business communication is proper with internal and external stakeholders.
– Promotional/marketing materials and brochures are properly organized and maintained.
– Provides assistance to ensure smooth implementation of exhibits and product/service launch events.
– Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts and preparing quotation.
– Provides immediate assistance in the gathering of data or information and in finalizing the reports as instructed by the immediate superiors.
