HamdanGlobal (حمدان غلوبال), a leading company in Dubai’s recruitment and business services sector, is actively seeking a Russian-speaking Business Development Specialist to expand our market presence within the Russian-speaking business community. This position offers a competitive monthly salary of AED 8,000 to AED 9,000 and the opportunity to work in Dubai’s dynamic business environment.
Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive/Business Development Specialist (male or female candidates welcome) who can effectively manage and grow our Russian market segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships and driving business growth through targeted marketing and telemarketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing and telemarketing campaigns targeting Russian companies and clients
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with Russian-speaking clients and business partners
- Conduct active networking and business development activities to generate new leads and opportunities
- Handle client inquiries, manage follow-up communications, and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Analyze market trends and identify emerging opportunities within the Russian business community in Dubai
- Represent HamdanGlobal at business events and networking functions targeting Russian-speaking professionals
Requirements & Qualifications
- Mandatory fluency in Russian and English languages (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience in marketing, telemarketing, or client handling roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent networking abilities and business development acumen
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve business targets
- Must be currently available in Dubai for in-person interviews
- Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE business landscape is advantageous
