Job Overview
As a Roll Forming Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining roll forming machines to produce high-quality metal profiles. This role requires technical expertise and hands-on experience in metal fabrication processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate roll forming machines according to production requirements
- Perform machine changeovers and tooling adjustments for different profiles
- Monitor machine operations and ensure quality control
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in roll forming machine operation or metal fabrication
- Good knowledge of roll forming processes, tooling, and metal profiling
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Experience with automated roll forming lines or CNC-controlled machines
- Knowledge of coil handling equipment (decoilers, feeders, shears)
- Experience in manufacturing industries such as steel, construction materials, or metal fabrication
