Job Opportunity: Rigging & Lifting Supervisor (UAE)
Sinclus Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. is urgently seeking experienced Rigging & Lifting Supervisors for a major Oil & Gas construction project in the UAE. This is an immediate joining position requiring candidates with strong offshore expertise, specifically ADNOC experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all rigging, lifting, and handling operations in accordance with project lift plans and safety procedures.
- Inspect and certify lifting equipment, slings, shackles, and cranes before each use.
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site supervisors to ensure safe and efficient lifts.
- Prepare and review lift plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings for the rigging crew.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC offshore standards and international lifting regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in the Oil & Gas field, with at least 5 years as a Rigging & Lifting Supervisor
- Mandatory: ADNOC offshore experience (must be clearly mentioned in CV)
- Certifications: Valid lifting supervisor certificate (e.g., OPITO, NCCO, or similar)
- Language: Good command of English – oral and written
