Nasser Overseas Consultants is hiring for a leading restaurant group in Saudi Arabia. Candidates with a Hotel Management degree or diploma and at least 2 years of experience abroad in American or international chain restaurants are encouraged to apply.
Available Positions and Salary
- Restaurant Cook – Salary: SAR 1,300 + 300 + 300
- Cashier cum Waiter – Salary: SAR 1,300 + 300 + 200
- Barista – Salary: SAR 1,300 + 300 + 200
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Cook
- Prepare and cook food as per menu and standards.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
- Work as part of a team and support kitchen operations.
Cashier cum Waiter
- Handle cashiering and billing operations.
- Attend to customers and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Barista
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
- Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment.
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
General Requirements for All Positions
- Passed Hotel Management degree or diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of experience abroad in American or international chain restaurants.
- Strong basic cooking skills and knowledge are a must.
- Experience in using cutting tools and cookware.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods such as grilling, baking, and boiling.
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Very good communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work 12 hours duty.
Working Hours
10 hours + 1 hour break, as mentioned in the advertisement.
