Refractory Supervisor Job in Qatar – Long Term Opening
Ambe International is hiring an experienced Refractory Supervisor for a leading Oil & Gas company in Qatar. This is a long-term opportunity for a highly skilled professional with mandatory Gulf experience. If you have a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and extensive Oil & Gas industry background, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise refractory installation, hot/cold repair, and maintenance activities.
- Handle and supervise sling load operations with complete safety compliance.
- Implement PTW (Permit to Work) and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures on site.
- Ensure H2S (Hydrogen Sulfide) safety practices are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and work crews.
- Monitor refractory material quality and project progress.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 5 years of Sling Load experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas / LNG / Petrochemical plants.
- H2S experience, PTW & LOTO knowledge.
- Certified Rigger / Slinger.
- Must have Gulf experience – mandatory.
