Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Gulf countries: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman
- Source candidates from job portals, database, and references
- Brief candidates about job roles and requirements
- Shortlist CVs as per client needs
- Coordinate interviews with clients
- Handle documentation, data entry, and email communication
- Maintain candidate database and records
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment (Gulf recruitment preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic knowledge of Email, MS Excel & MS Word
