Job Opportunity in Dubai – Quality Inspector & CNC Wire EDM Programmer/Operator
M. GHEEWALA GLOBAL HR CONSULTANTS, at the heart of quality recruitment, is urgently hiring for a reputed engineering company in Dubai (Employment Visa). Final client interviews will be held shortly in Mumbai.
Position 1: Quality Inspector (1600 – 2000 AED)
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Certification: ISO 9001:2015 (Bureau Veritas)
- Key Responsibilities: Perform inspections of finished parts, use measurement devices (gauges, micrometers, calipers), read blueprints and job orders, maintain quality documentation.
Position 2: CNC Wire EDM Programmer / Operator Machinist
- Experience: ITI with minimum 3 years OR non-ITI with hands-on experience of more than 8 years as a Turner
- Key Activities:
- Program, set up, and operate Wire EDM machines
- Inspect parts produced
- Read and interpret drawings, CAD programs, operation sheets
- Enter programs and parameters into machine control
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Read first and third angle drawings, process sheets, tooling & cutting knowledge, trigonometry, 2D program execution & manual programming, 3-jaw tru chuck, 4-axis machine, wirecut, operator inspection report, job identification, log book, wire knowledge, tolerance & cutting
