Sinclus Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a QC Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1) for an Oil & Gas Construction Project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5–6 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects. This role requires strong knowledge of welding inspection, pipeline construction quality activities, ASME and API standards, NDT methods, and coating and painting inspection.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify pipeline construction and quality activities.
- Apply knowledge of ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME Sec. IX, Sec. II-C, API 1104, and API 5L.
- Monitor welding processes including SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW, and GMAW.
- Inspect WPS/PQR qualification and welding quality.
- Use experience in NDT methods such as UT, RT, MT, and PT at ASNT Level II.
- Conduct coating and painting inspection.
- Perform inspection, QA/QC documentation, and compliance checks.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- CSWIP 3.1 certification is required.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME Sec. IX, ASME Sec. II-C, API 1104, and API 5L.
- Experience monitoring SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW, and GMAW welding processes.
- NDT experience in UT, RT, MT, and PT at ASNT Level II.
- Experience in coating and painting inspection.
- Ability to perform inspection, QA/QC documentation, and compliance checks.
