Job Overview
SINCLUS is recruiting experienced QC Engineers – Welding (CSWIP 3.1) for an Oil & Gas plant shutdown project in Saudi Arabia. Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas industry experience, and CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certification are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect welding activities for pressure vessels, storage tanks, and associated piping.
- Verify welder qualifications, welding consumables, joint preparation, fit-up, and welding parameters.
- Monitor welding activities in compliance with applicable codes, including ASME Section IX, API 650, and relevant project specifications.
- Inspect completed welds and coordinate NDT activities such as RT, UT, MT, and PT, as applicable.
- Identify and report welding defects, raise non-conformance reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain welding inspection reports, weld maps, consumable records, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with client inspectors, third-party agencies, and project teams for inspection clearance.
