A leading Oil & Gas company in Qatar is hiring experienced safety professionals for a short-term project. This is a free recruitment drive, with a client interview scheduled on 25th August 2026 in Rabale, Navi Mumbai.
Available Job Positions
- Fire Watch / Hole Watch – 500 Nos
- Safety Inspectors / Officers (NEBOSH or IOSH) – 300 Nos
- Coordinator (HSE) – 10 Nos
- Supervisor (HSE) – 10 Nos
- Fire Watch / Hole Watch Coordinator – 05 Nos
- Manager (Safety) – 05 Nos
Salary Package
Salaries range from QAR 1,300 to QAR 22,000 per month, depending on the position and OT/fixed structure. The advertised salary bands include:
- QAR 1,300 – 1,600 (OT)
- QAR 3,000 – 3,500 (OT) or QAR 6,500 (Fixed)
- QAR 3,000 – 3,300 (OT) or QAR 5,000 – 5,500 (Fixed)
- QAR 10,000 – 15,000 (Fixed)
- QAR 18,000 – 22,000 (Fixed)
The exact salary will be confirmed by the client during the interview based on experience and role.
Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream, Mechanical or equivalent Engineering discipline, OR
- Minimum Science Graduate with Diploma in Safety, OR
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Safety Training Certificate
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification for Safety Inspector / Officer roles
Experience Required
Candidates should have 5 to 15 years of GCC experience in the oil and gas or related industrial sector.
